We need a chef who is equally creative and practical. Someone with strong food opinions but can also figure out what customers want and get things down to a reasonable cost. Someone who gets genuinely excited making people go wow with their cooking. Has fine dining skills, but heart is in casual food.

Head Baker

We're opening a bakery in Makati (Salcedo). We need help in developing and refining our breads + training our staff to improve their baking skills. Right now we're working on mostly FIlipino breads, but flexibility on styles is aimportant. We want someone with high standards who thinks they can do better than most of what you can get in the market today.
