About this Job

We need help turning our grocery taste tests into engaging social media content. You'll work with our Taste Test Lead in visually presenting our taste test data in clear and engaging ways.

We're looking for a food-loving visual communicator who can work across different media to turn data into graphic and video stories. Indicated salary is starting rate based on experience.

Scope

Day-to-Day Work

Craft creative storytelling solutions for Pepper's taste tests
Produce graphics and short-form social media videos to reflect our data
Partner with Taste Test Lead to plan out and execute social media content
Pitch ideas, directions, and formats to maximize engagement
Set, manage, and meet your own deadlines
Provide and apply feedback based on post performance
In-person work at Makati 1–2 times a week

Fit

Must-haves

A knack for presenting data into digestible and engaging visuals
Experience ideating and executing in digital, video, and social media
A passion for experimenting with content formats to engage audiences
Basic photo, video, and design skills (eg. Capcut, Canva)
A love of food and home cooking
Good visual taste and aesthetics
An open, collaborative, can-do attitude
High creative standards
High energy, excited and rarely tired
Experience with social media platforms like Instagram & TikTok

Nice-to-haves

A good sense of humor. Other people think you're funny, not just your mom
On-camera skills. You can appear and speak comfortably in video.
Intermediate home cooking skills. This will inform your work!
